What is your return policy?

We at DELIS respect the customers and give them full freedom to return/exchange in case of defective product and size exchange within 15 days of order delivery under the following conditions:

The price and detail tags should be intact on the product.

The product should be presented back in original state. It should not have been washed and used.

The product should be returned with original packing.


How do I return product to DELIS?

You can return/exchange the product which falls within our 15 days return policy through your own DELIS account or inform us at customercare@delisinstyle.com. Please make sure that the item is securely packed in original state. Our courier partner will arrange pick-up within 5 to 7 working days from the date of your return request, if the area falls within our service zone, otherwise you can also self-ship the product back to us.


Once your return is received by us, we will arrange quality checking in case of defective product or exchange the product in case of change in size. The product will be accepted only if the return is subject to meet the requirements of being undamaged, unwashed and despatched by you within 15 days of product delivery.


We will refund the money, issue credit note or exchange the product only after approving the return.


In case of international order, the customer have to arrange return themselves to our address Delis International F 171 B, Main Road, Jagat Puri, Delhi- 110051 India.


Please note that the product on Sales, Promotion and Mark Down are non returnable.


Will I get refund of shipping charges?

The shipping charges are not refundable.


Will I get refund of COD charges?

The COD charges are not refundable.


How many times one can change the product?

The return/exchange of the product will be accepted only once against the original order.


What is your exchange policy?

We offer only size exchange of the same product. You have to inform us by filling return/exchange form, through email to customercare@delisinstyle.com or on phone within 15 days from the date of delivery of order. We will arrange pick-up through our courier partner or can ask you to self-ship and will send the new size within 10 to 15 working days. We do not offer product to product exchange even if the two products are the same value. In case of exchange of different new product, will issue store credits which can be adjusted from the fresh order of your choice.


How to apply store credit?

After accepting your return we will issue credit minus shipping/COD charges in your account as DELIS store’s credits account. The above credit will be adjusted for further shopping with us.


How can I return the product if I am from “No Service Zone”?

If your area is not falling in our zone, you can arrange courier directly to us and send us the scanned copy of the courier slip to customercare@delisinstyle.com and we will refund the amount to the maximum limit of Rs. 100/- or issue credit note.


What about refund policy?

We will take 10 working days to process your refund via online transfer to your account. No shipping and COD charges will be refunded and no refund is applies in case of product sold during Sale, Promotion and Mark Down. We will only issue store credit.


How can I get exchange of defective product?

In case of defective product please inform us within 24 hours of the receipt of the product by email at customercare@delisinstyle.com with picture of the defect we will arrange pick-up of the defective product and make replacement at the earliest.
